I have never had any problems myself. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn twice on business and it was clean but pretty simple. If you are asking what their general reputation is, I would have to say that I guess certain Comfort Inn locations are just fine, but I just got finished reading a very sad article about several engaged couples who were planning on havign their actual weddings at the Country Comfort Inn in Quincy and I don't know if it is different than the normal Country Inn. I guess the Comfort Inn owner was significantly behind on his water and electric bills so they shut the place down. Anyway, this particular Country Comfort Inn took thousands of dollars from these brides-to-be and gave them zero notice of the fact that they are closing their doors and most likely having to file for bankruptcy or something. The engaged couples basically have thirty days until they marry and no place to begin re-planning everything again. I am sure that they will (hopefully) get their money back, but that could take a long time depending on how dishonest this particular Country Comfort Inn owner is.

Well, this is hard to say because the Comfort Inn is a hotel chain. The thing about hotel chains is that they are pretty much all the same. I guess it is a good and a bad thing, but essentially the point of picking the same Comfort Inn or the same brand name of a hotel is kind of like an assurance that it will meet your expectations. Comfort Inns are just regular motel-like hotels. Not bad, but nothing fancy. Also, you should know that the Comfort Inn is pretty much the same thing as the Comfort Suites, Quality Inn, Sleep Inn, Clarion, Econo Lodge, Rodeway Inn, Cambria Suites, Mainstay Suites, Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, and the Ascend Collection. All of these names indicate different qualities of the hotel, but they are all essentially the same business with the same ideas. Even if the price was fifty bucks cheaper, if I stayed in a random Comfort Inn that was dirty I would definitely remember not to sign up for staying at the Cambria Suites, if you get my drift. I would check on Trip Advisor for a better perspective on the specific Comfort Inn you are planning to stay at.
