A doctor gives a patient a diagnosis, the patient says 'can I have a second opinon?'... the Doctor says 'sure, come back tomorrow!'

I am considering joining a Program that claims to mentor prople how to rum Real Estate Auctions. It's a 6 minth traingin and they claim that halfway through the training I will be ready to hold my first auction and receive 10% commissions, (which from what I've been told is exceptionally high), this is one of the things that caused a red flag to go up with me.

 According to their ad, the person who developed this program is Former Vice President of the National Assoc. of Realtors, Ron Laird. Has anyone ever heard of these guys, AuctionMentoring.com LLC? I've been to their websitewhich was impressive, but there are just so many scams out there...I found them in the San Francisco Craigslist under Real Estate Jobs, but I've noticed similar ads in LA,Sacto, and San Diego craigslist as well. If you search the term "Auction" they come up repeatedly.

I would really appreciate some feedback before I invest any money with these guys...They are www.auctionmentoring.com
