Why dont deprtment stores like mervyns or macys or any other department store thats rather big, why dont they take the time to look thru the surveillance tapes why do they sit there and record, shouldnt there be someone watching them at all times? i work at marshalls, and we have no one doing htis

What will department stores do with returning clothes? I saw so many people returning clothes and other items in department stores. I wonder if the stores will put those clothes back to regular racks? Or the items will become clearance items?

What kind of department stores are located downtown?
Wal-mart has recently been labeled as theIdentityy of America. But there are not many downtown locations of the super store, as well as it's competitor Target. So can anyone tell me for a city like New York, what department store options do you have to buy say a light bulb that you can't get at a grocery store. Or do you have to go outside the city to access these department stores?
